Speaking during the annual law society of Kenya conference in Diani Mombasa,Mutula has cited cases rulled on wrong prescidents therefore need for disclosure and regulations on the use of AI and penalties where AI is misused.
This year annual conference is themed Business unusual,use of AI in the legal profession.Recently across the globe AI has caused major disruptions across all sectors calling for need of proper policy developments by governments and regulations needed to ensure good use of AI.
